I have been fortunate in my life to befriend a great deal of talented artists. Occasionally those friendships transform into something entirely unexpected.
In the late 90's I met an artist named Jason Manley online during the rise of the internet art community. Through our mutual interest in color theory and classical painters we developed a bond. Several years later Jason, with his friends Justin Coro Kaufman, and Andrew Jones formed conceptart.org and Massive Black. In 2003 they began putting on workshops gathering artists from all over the world from all spectrums of the entertainment industry into one venue to share ideas and communicate concepts in regards to art, work, and life. It's been my privilege to attend, document, and present at these events.
